Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m a trauma and mental health counselor who believes healing happens best in spaces marked by safety, curiosity, and grace. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. I know what it’s like to walk through loss, confusion, and rebuilding—and to keep going even when clarity comes slowly.
For a long time, I felt caught between worlds.
Between faith and humanity.
Between what I was told I should do and what my body was desperately asking for.
What I’ve learned is this: healing doesn’t happen by choosing sides. It happens by building bridges.
My approach is trauma-informed, Christ-centered, and grounded in reality. I don’t believe healing needs to be rushed, performed, or spiritualized away. I believe in honoring your story, listening closely, and moving at a pace that respects both your nervous system and your faith.
I don’t see people as problems to fix. I see them as whole humans—bodies, minds, and spirits—doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. My role is not to push you across something you’re not ready for, but to walk with you as you find steady ground.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women as they learn to trust themselves again, set healthy boundaries, and live with greater freedom and authenticity. If you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to split yourself in two—where you can be honest, curious, and imperfect—you’re welcome here.
Pull up a chair.

I’m a human with a name—
a body
with a spot to claim.
Who I am,
Your true design.
You never asked me
to stand
on either side
of this line
between faith and humanity.
So I’ll keep building that bridge
with a quiet dignity.
